- Early Head Start and Mental Health Treatment offered.

Pregnant/parenting teens and young adults ages 25 and under. Children 0-5. Must live in Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Emeryville, Albany, San Leandro

- Families receive bi-monthly visits and have opportunities to meet other families through monthly Group Connections.

Families who live in South County who have a child 5 and under.
